Production Coordinator
Job Details:

Production Coordinator
We are seeking an energetic, proactive and detailed oriented production Coordinator to streamline production, within predetermined timelines.
This role requires a strong focus on quality control and standards throughout production cycle.

Reports to: General Manager
Responsibilities and Daily Duties ·
• Opening production orders
• Processing of warehouse picks on production orders
• Liaising and coordinating production with Sales and Procurement Departments
• Follow up on component ETA’s and coordinate production schedules accordingly
• Managing production schedule and ensure delivery deadlines are kept
• Resolve queries on production orders
• Monitor and report on aged production orders
• Close out of production orders
• Adhoc requests from management
• Assist in refining processes

Required skills and qualifications:
• Grade 12 qualification
• 2 Years working experience as an administrator
• Ability to work independently, and as part of the production team.
• Strong analytical skills and attention to detail
• Ability to work under pressure
• Results Orientated
• Good problem solving skills
• Intermediate Excel skills (formula knowledge)
• Microsoft Dynamics experience will be an advantage

• Must have Matric
• Must have a Valid Trade Certificate
• A valid Drivers License
• Must be Medically Fit
• Minimum Experience of 3+ years on Mining and construction machinery essential

• At least 3 – 5 years sales experience would be ideal
• A valid Drivers License
• Must have Matric
• Effective negotiation skills
• Excellent written & verbal communication skills
• Industry knowledge
